récipé
(ré-si-pé) s. m.
1°   Mot latin qui signifie prenez, et par lequel le médecin commence une formule. Ce mot s'écrit ordinairement en abrégé par un R dont la seconde jambe est barrée, R.
2°   Ordonnance ou formule médicale indiquant le remède que doit prendre un malade.
   Fig. et familièrement.
•   Mais enfin, c'est un mal dont vous ne guérirez Que par le récipé d'un hymen salutaire, REGNARD le Distr. III, 1.
3°   Par extension, toute sorte de recettes et de formules de remèdes.
•   Ce mal.... S'obstine aux récipés et ne se veut guérir, RÉGNIER Sat. XV.
   XVe s.
•   Et jaçoit ce qu'il eust de coutume de bailler à plusieurs un recipé par escrit, toutefois il se fia bien de tant en la religieuse, que de bouche lui diroit ce qu'avoit à faire, LOUIS XI Nouv. XXI.
   XVIe s.
•   Ostez le baz de R, vous ferez D, et ainsi au lieu de recipe [reçois], nous aurons decipe [déçois], CHOLIÈRES Cont.t. I, matin. II, p. 53, verso, dans POUGENS.
•   Un recipé [récépissé] est une obligation, LEROUX DE LINCY Prov. t. II, p. 147.
