panetela
(pa-né-té-la) s. f.
Cigare de la Havane, long et mince, sorte de queue de rat. Une panetela. Des panetelas (prononcé pa-né-té-las').
   La régie des contributions indirectes est autorisée à vendre deux nouvelles espèces de cigares, dont l'une, fabriquée à la Havane, est désignée sous le nom de demi-panetelas, et l'autre, fabriquée à Manille, est connue sous le nom de terceras, Ordonn. 28 juin 1846, art. 1er.
   Origine ignorée ; en espagnol, panetela signifie panade ; c'est une faute d'écrire panatela ou panatella, qu'on trouve quelquefois, SCHLOESING, prof. à la Man. des tabacs.
