(sé-lé-ni-d') s. m.
Terme de chimie. Séléniure qui, en se combinant avec un autre séléniure, joue le rôle d'acide par rapport à ce dernier.
   S. m. pl. Les sélénides, famille de minéraux qui comprend le sélénium.
