Terme de chirurgie. Tout instrument au moyen duquel on parvient à saisir un calcul urinaire dans la vessie.
   Particulièrement. L'une des trois pièces constituantes de l'appareil primitif de Civiale pour l'opération de la lithotritie, pièce aussi nommée trilabe ou pince à trois branches.
