   S. m. Terme de pratique. L'intitulé d'un acte, d'un jugement, la formule usitée qui se met en tête d'un acte, d'un jugement.
   L'intitulé sera tel que l'on doit le faire, Et l'on le réduira dans le style ordinaire, REGNARD Légat. IV, 6.
   Intitulé d'inventaire, partie de l'inventaire portant les noms, professions et demeures des requérants, des comparants, des défaillants et des absents.
