1°   Terme de chirurgie. Position qu'il convient de donner à un membre fracturé, après que la fracture a été réduite et maintenue par un bandage.
2°   Terme de rhétorique. Chute finale, trait piquant.
   Terme grec signifiant mot à mot, disposition (voy. thèse).
