(dé-li-ba-sion) s. f.
Ancien terme de jurisprudence. Action de prélever, de soustraire d'une masse quelconque. Le préciput se prend par délibation sur la totalité des biens.
   Lat. delibationem, de la préposition de, et libatio, libation.
